Shipping Policy

We will always aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. During high volume times this may be extended and we appreciate your understanding. 

We do need a physical street address for your order because couriers don’t deliver to PO boxes. Yes, we do deliver to rural delivery addresses and don’t charge anymore, we live rurally and hate paying more so we don’t do that to others.

Orders will be sent via courier with a transit time of approximately 1-3 working days from date of dispatch. Please allow additional days for rural deliveries. From time to time we may use alternative delivery methods but this will not impact the shipping charges.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify us at info@nonastieskids.co.nz if there are any issues within 48 hours.

All faulty and/or damaged stock will be replaced or refunded. We may request images of damaged goods.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply;

–  Email us to advise at info@nonastieskids.co.nz

–  Return the item in original condition to 1112 Tauwhare Rd, Tauwhare Village 3287 (at your cost) and we will refund your order value in full.

Refunds will be processed back to the same method in which the order was paid.
